– What if I want to exchange something?

When you receive your order, you will find OmZappy return/exchange form. This form will have the address of our return/exchange department and information on how to make a return or exchange. OmZappy takes pride in our products and our business, and we want to do everything in our power to guarantee that you are satisfied. Unfortunately, unless the product is defective, we cannot accept returns 7 days after the item is received. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact us by calling toll free (800) 661-1762 or email the customer care department at customercare@omzappy.com. – Can I place my order over the phone?

Absolutely, OmZappy is more than happy to accept phone orders. Please call our toll free number (800) 661-1762 Monday through Friday between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Pacific Time Zone) to talk to OmZappy team member.

– How will I know OmZappy received my order?

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you supplied during the checkout process. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact us at (800) 661-1762 or at info@omzappy.com.

– How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on type of shipping, location and weight. OmZappy’s preferred method of shipping is UPS. OmZappy offers UPS ground, second day and overnight shipping. Within the continental United States, UPS ground shipping is 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, UPS does not offer Saturday of Sunday delivery, and UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. USPS shipping is also available, and Federal Express is available upon request.  Within the continental United States, UPS ground shipping is 5-7 business days.

– How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt; however, if an order requires communication or confirmation from a customer, order-processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by email or phone).

– How much do you charge for sales tax?

Only orders shipped to Washington state address will have sales tax applied. It will be your local sales tax that will apply to the order. A local sale tax varies from one region to another.

– What forms of payment do you accept?

OmZappy accepts PayPal with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

– How long does it take to process my return?

It generally takes 4 business days from the receipt of a package to process a return or exchange. 

– Where are your products made?

OmZappy merchandise is manufactured in the Nepal, India and Thailand.

– Is my personal information kept private?

OmZappy is extremely concerned about protecting your privacy. We will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email or address to anyone. Any information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. We use email to communicate with you about your orders and to let you know about special product introductions and other OmZappy news.

– How do I contact the Customer Care department?

The fastest way to contact a customer care representative is to email customercare@omzappy.com. We are available Monday through Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm (Pacific Time), excluding the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
